School Night is a summer workshop series for alumni & students in Los Angeles.

What's it like penning songs for star artists? How do you approach a track as songwriter and producer? What's it like in a co-writing environment? How do you market your songs to success?

Join students and alumni for a panel discussion on producing and songwriting in today's soundscape.

Panelists include:

David Pramik, B.M. '12, music producer and songwriter.

Brett Bassock, CEO/Founder of Renegade, artist manamgenet and publishing.

Check-in begins 6:30 p.m., conversation 7 p.m.

:SPEAKERS:

David Pramik

David Pramik is a Grammy nominated music producer & songwriter based in Los Angeles. David is best known for co-writing and co-producing Nothing More’s best performing single ‘Go To War,’ which hit #1 at US Rock Radio, #1 on the US Mainstream Rock Chart and is currently nominated for three Grammys (Best Rock Song, Best Rock Album, Best Rock Performance.)

David also co-wrote and produced, ‘Home’ by Machine Gun Kelly feat. X Ambassadors & Bebe Rexha, which was the lead single for the soundtrack of Bright starring Will Smith.

Pramik has written and produced songs for a number of artists including Bebe Rexha, Logic, Rag’n’Bone Man, X Ambassadors, Machine Gun Kelly, Nothing More, Vic Mensa, JP Cooper, Kirstin, Bryce Fox, HYDDE, Hey Violet, MAX, Cemetery Sun, Chris Lane, Illenium, Runn, Jack & Jack, Blasterjaxx & Molly Kate Kestner.

He is signed to Prescription Songs Publishing and is an alumni of Berklee College of Music.

Brett Bassock

Brett Bassock is the CEO/Founder of Renegade, a management & publishing company focused on the early development of talent. Brett began his career in 2009 as a concert promoter in Wilton, CT and was hired in 2011 as an A&R Scout for Atlantic Records. In 2014, Brett left Atlantic to join Lava Records, where he worked closely with Jason Flom and his label/publishing roster. In 2015, Brett left Lava to focus on building his own management company. Over the last four years, Brett’s clients have worked closely with many successful artist including Justin Bieber, Martin Garrix, Logic, G-Eazy, Bebe Rexha, X Ambassadors, MGK, Illenium, among others and have accumulated nearly 3 billion global streams.
